Why Kingston Coaching?

We are here to promote coaching and how it can assist people improve and develop themselves, their lives and their work. We connect, inspire and support new and experienced professional coaches in the Kingston area to be the best coaches they can be, and to develop their coaching practices and businesses.

Who can join?

Kingston Coaching is open to all professionally qualified coaches in the Kingston area. Coaches in professional training are also welcome: The group’s focus on establishing and enriching professional coaching practices can be a valuable addition to your training.

Do I have to be local?

In order to get the most out of our offering it is useful if you can physically get to central Kingston to participate in activities and projects of your interest. If you are interested in what we provide, but live further afield, you can join our LinkedIn page  and be part of discussions on hot coaching topics, and share information with other coaches beyond Kingston.

How much does it cost? 

Kingston Coaching Membership Scheme

The membership scheme is aimed at consolidating the professional direction the group is taking, while still supporting people who are in training. For that reason we are offering a range of membership offers that will allow you to engage with the group at a level that is best for you and will enable us to develop the group and the online offering.

The membership options are:

Associate Member – is open to qualified coaches who have up to date professional insurance cover. Membership Fee is £30 per year and the benefits include:

  • Your photo and profile in the the Directory of Coaches on the kingstoncoaching website
  • Use of the ‘Member of kingstoncoaching logo on your own website and promotional material.
  • Access to take part in kingstoncoaching  group supervision and mentoring
  • Discount on specific training events
  • Take part in joint promotional activities aimed at generating awareness of coaching and  business for members
  • Access to attend monthly kingstoncoaching meetings
  • Access to Resources on kingstoncoaching website

Student Member – is open to people undertaking coaching training (not necessarily The Coaching Academy). Membership is £15 and benefits include:

  • Access to take part in kingstoncoaching group supervision and mentoring
  • Discount on specific training events
  • Access to attend monthly kingstoncoaching meetings
  • Access to resources on kingstoncoaching website

Ordinary Member – is open to anyone with an interest in coaching. Membership is free and benefits include:

  • Access to attend monthly kingstoncoaching meetings
  • Access to resources on kingstoncoaching website
  • Access to training at full price

As we have to pay for the venue where we hold our meetings, those who attend will be asked to contribute £5 towards the rental cost whatever level of Membership they hold.
